A visual storytelling project documenting the essence and process behind Macuitl Molino, a contemporary Mexican cousin led by Chef Gustavo Macuitl, deeply rooted in the land and the traditions of maize. Through photography, I focused on capturing the connection between ingredients, hands, and place from the textures of corn and fire to the preparation of each dish. Using natural light and real moments from the kitchen, the images reveal the rhythm of a space where food, culture, and territory come together, creating an honest narrative about origin, craft, and the journey from field to table.
